Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Dubai Perfume Online. We want you to be happy with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains how to request a return or exchange and the conditions that apply.
1. Overview
We offer a 7-day return/exchange window from the date of delivery for eligible items. If 7 days have passed since delivery, we cannot accept a return or exchange except where required by law.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible:
- Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, unopened (where applicable) and in the original packaging with all tags intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number / invoice) must be provided.
- Items that are marked as non-returnable or hygiene-sensitive (e.g., opened fragrance samples where hygiene seals are broken) cannot be returned unless faulty.
3. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. For fastest resolution:
- Notify us within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery by emailing dubaiperfum751@gmail.Com with your order number, a brief description, and photos showing the issue.
- Do not discard original packaging until the issue is resolved.
4. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange:
- Email dubaiperfum751@gmail.Com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
- We will review your request and reply with instructions and (if applicable) an RMA or return address.
- Ship the item back securely with tracking — we recommend using a traceable service. Keep the tracking number until your return is processed.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- If approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method or issue an exchange/store credit, as requested.
- Refund processing time depends on your payment provider; we will notify you by email when refund is issued.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the item was damaged, defective, or we shipped an incorrect product.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error (defective/wrong item), return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If we provide a prepaid label, we will deduct shipping cost from the refund where applicable; otherwise we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs when appropriate.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable unless faulty:
- Opened fragrances or products where hygiene seals are broken.
- Gift cards and downloadable products.
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
8. Processing Time
After we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing. We will notify you by email once the return has been processed and the refund issued.
9. International Orders
For international returns, customs duties, taxes and return shipping costs may apply and are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Please check with your local customs office before returning items.
