Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). Typical processing time is 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak sale periods processing may take longer — we will notify you if there is a delay.
Domestic Shipping (within UAE / Local)
- Standard: 1–4 business days from dispatch (dependent on location).
- Express / Same-Day: Available in select cities for orders placed before cutoff time — choose Express at checkout.
- Carriers: We work with trusted couriers such as Aramex, Emirates Post, DHL, and local partners. Exact carrier depends on route and service selected.
International Shipping
International delivery times vary by country and service:
- Standard Intl: 5–14 business days (customs clearance times may extend this).
- Expedited Intl: 3–7 business days (subject to carrier availability and customs).
- Important: Import duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless we specify otherwise at checkout.
Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination and service level. Promotions for free shipping may apply for minimum order values — displayed automatically at checkout when eligible.
Order Tracking
When your order ships we will email you a tracking number and link. Tracking details are provided by the courier — allow up to 24 hours for tracking to appear after dispatch.
Tip: If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received the parcel, check with neighbours, building reception or any authorised recipient first.
Lost, Damaged or Missing Shipments
If you receive damaged goods or your package is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery for missing items) at dubaiperfum751@gmail.Com with your order number and photos (if damaged).
- We will open an investigation with the carrier and keep you updated.
- For confirmed carrier loss or damage we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Refunds policy.
Remote Areas & Surcharges
Deliveries to remote, offshore or restricted areas may incur extra charges and longer transit times. If surcharges apply we will inform you prior to dispatch and give options where possible.
Packaging & Fragile Items
Fragrances and glass bottles are packaged with protective materials to minimise risk. Please inspect all packages on receipt and notify us immediately if the outer packaging appears tampered or the product is damaged.
Customs, Duties & Restricted Items
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and inspections. These are charged by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Some countries restrict certain ingredients or aerosols — please verify local import rules before ordering.
Delivery Attempts & Returns to Sender
If the courier is unable to deliver, they will attempt re-delivery or hold at a local depot — procedures vary by carrier. If a package is returned to us due to incomplete/incorrect address or non-collection we will contact you for re-shipment; additional shipping fees may apply.
